At Mithai Vault, we take care to prepare and pack our premium Indian sweets with attention to quality and presentation.

Returns

As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, or preferences after delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has missing products, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel and products where applicable. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will inform you of the amount and processing method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has entered preparation, packing, or dispatch.
